One way to cut down costs at your wedding is to have local wine served at your reception. There are hundreds of wines in Cyprus to choose from but my recommendation would be to do some wine tasting so you choose some wines that your happy with.
It was written in 1904 that Cyprus produces wheat, barley, cotton, silk and immense quantities of wine. Things have not changed so much and it still ranks as one of the top producers per capita. There are many village wines produced in the mountains and the grape is distilled into brandy. The skins, stalk and residue are distilled into a spirit called Zivania.
